Outpatient
Registration, visits, consultation and the payer attached to each episode.
Hospital information management system
SIHA OS brings clinical, administrative and financial work onto one record. It is built by Innovus Group, a team that runs a hospital information system in production in Kenya every day.
DHA certification in progressWhat it covers
One record carries the visit from the front desk through to the invoice, so finance and the ward are reading the same episode of care.
Registration, visits, consultation and the payer attached to each episode.
Admission, beds, deposits, ward charges and the discharge bill.
Dispensing, returns, lots and expiry held against live stock.
Requests, results and the consumables each test draws down.
Split invoicing across insurer, scheme and patient on one visit.
Member verification and electronic claims to the payers listed below.
Warehouses, ward issues, stock takes and goods received.
Receipting, statements, reconciliation and management reporting.
Integrations
These are working integrations, not a roadmap. Each one was built against the live payer or revenue system it names.
Customer-initiated payment prompts and deposits, reconciled to the invoice.
Member verification and electronic claim submission.
Authorisation, claim submission and reconciliation against the payer.
Invoice signing through a local VSCU, installed and awaiting the KRA device.
CarePay payer integration, proven end to end and in acceptance.
Certification
Kenyan hospitals now need a certified system to hold an SHA contract. Two of the systems on the Digital Health Agency register are already SIHA OS integration partners, and our own certification is under way.
Smarthealth+ is on the DHA certification register. SIHA OS exchanges member verification and claims with it in production.
Slade 360 HMIS, powered by Safaricom, is on the register. SIHA OS submits and reconciles claims against it in production.
In progress with the Digital Health Agency. We will call SIHA OS certified when the register does.
Our promise
Healthcare works best when information moves with the patient. SIHA OS gives hospitals one connected platform for care delivery, operations and decision-making.
It is built for the realities of Kenyan healthcare by a team that supports a live hospital deployment daily, so the work starts from how hospitals here actually bill, claim and dispense.
